Working Principle of XF Series Horizontal Boiling Dryer
Fluidized bed , cyclone separator and cloth bag dust collector should be placed on flat concrete groud without any screws on foundation .The air blower may be installed indoors or outdoors with foundation and screws. The plane design can be pantly adjusted in accordance with the building conditions. No air should leak from the air pipe system so as not to influence the drying efficiency.
Application
The boiling dryer is designed and manufactured for drying powdery or granular materials in the pharmaceutical, health care products, food, chemical and other industries. Vanillin drying production is an example of application of fluidized drying machine in chemical industry.
